Services Offered
Create with B provides Content Creation services, including User-Generated Content (UGC), Digital Content Creation, Event Content Creation, and Social Media Management.
Location
Create with B is based in Queensland, Australia.
Agreement Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers utilizing Create with B's services. They are available on the website for review by potential customers and are sent to clients for agreement upon arranging work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your agreement received upon commencement of working together. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind or client dissatisfaction, even after the drafting process has occurred. The remaining 50% is due upon the client's approval of the final deliverables. For Social Media Management, payment arrangements can be made on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, with invoices sent directly to the client. Any deviations from these terms must be settled before the end of the month. Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.
Data Management
All client data is kept within Create with B's business and managed by Bianca Pace for in-house records only.
Ownership of Content
All content created by Create with B remains the property of Create with B. Create with B reserves the right to use the content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to Media Kits, Portfolios, Advertisements, Social Media Posts, and as examples for future clients. All images of Create with B are owned by Create with B and are captured in-house. The website uses ChatGPT for body messages within the website.
Liabilities and Disclaimers
Create with B does not guarantee that its services will result in specific outcomes, such as increased sales, vitality, or massive engagement/followings on social media. While Create with B endeavors to deliver high-quality content and management services, the effectiveness of the content ultimately depends on the reception of the target audience and the nature of the service or product.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated to clients, and a new copy will be provided for agreement before the continuation or commencement of any work.
Additional Terms
- Create with B does not own any audio, trends, or text used in content creation.
- Any changes or agreements must be documented in writing. If discussions occur over the phone, they must be summarized in writing, and both parties must agree to the summary.
- Props used or purchased for content creation must be reimbursed to Create with B, with agreements made in advance to avoid misunderstandings.
- Content created for a service, product, or business will not incur additional fees or charges to the creator, as it is part of the job.
